Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of a 660 MW Ultra-Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

چکیده

The 660 MW ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, which is the maximum capacity and largest scale boiler in world has entered construction stage China. This study established a full-scale dynamic simulation model of at 100% continuous rating (BMCR) condition. consists an air-flue gas system, water-steam ash circulation system. “core-annulus” gas-solid two-phase flow structure “six-equation” were applied to simulate behaviors phase respectively. was calibrated verified BMCR condition, steady-state results presented high accuracy compared with designed parameters. A three typical conditions carried out as well, including 5% feed water decrease, air coal showed that this can CFB reasonably.
